I noticed in DAO from the wardens calling trailer and the sacred ashes trailer you were supposed to be a Templar Tank Warden with wardens armor and shield from the one dlc. By the destiny trailer it looks like you are supposed to be a blood mage. Is that what he is or is it just some random spell he uses in the trailer? If you notice he re-burns the tattoo into himself which i thought could just be blood magic but maybe i'm wrong i dunno.

Is it just me or is it difficult establishing a friendship with people these days?

I was born in 78, but of course things have changed since the 1990's. It seems alot more difficult establishing friendships as an adult than it does when you are younger. In my case, alot of my friendships have failed because I don't tolerate disrespect. Things like talking behind my back or speaking bad about me to impress a woman or friends that they (my so-called friends) currently hang with. Another thing is lying or trying to use me and when I lash out about it, I'm then considered the bad guy. Is the US Army Corps of Engineers land not a part of my city?

I live in a town in Texas that banks a lake the US Army Corps of Engineers own. My property however backs up to the lake where we are required by our city to fence at a certain elevation due to the dams spillway level. The corps have always owned this land as well for a base where the lake now covers. The lake has been here before the town, I'm almost positive, when the corps flooded it. The level that is required however is almost never reached by the lakes water level as that is its peak and leaves a decent amount of land that is owned by the corps, making it ineligible to consider it our property. The lake spans over the course of near a dozen or more cities across in our area. Since this is spread all throughout as government property, does the extra amount of land belong to my city? I mean the lake can't really be divided into sections as city properties and is only policed by Texas and Federal Game Warden. The shoreline could be measured into the city boundary lines, but at what point does the fluctuating water level due to inconsistent precipitation/temperatures no longer surpass the line?

Unfortunately for this deck, most of the cards are pretty bad. The only cards I would consider keeping are the Shepherd of the Lost, the Sun Titan, and Llanowar Elves, the rest of the cards just arent good enough. You need 4 each of any card you play in a deck to increase the chances of drawing those cards to win you games. 1-2 of each card is not going to cut it. You need a couple more lands, 23 isnt enough.

How to deal with a friend who thinks her kids are genetically superior?

Okay, all of us Moms think our kids are amazing and prodigies and beautiful and angel (well, they are, right?) My kids are 33 months and 11 months, and I'm 22 so it's hard for me to find friends being 10 hours away from my roots. So I've been lucky enough to find a couple girls my age with kids (you know, people who won't judge me based on my age is really all I look for at this point). One of the girls though.. She's 19, has a 14 month old and a 2 month old. I've gotten past her mooching and immaturity, frankly, I kind of feel bad for the girl. I am a 20 year old individual who have two part-time jobs and my recent employer gave me a 2011 personal tax credit return form and a 2011 provincial tax credit return to be filled out. I am in a dilemma because I don't know what to put in line 13 (total line). I had filled out one before but when I was employed by a placement agency (whereas nothing sort of happened to me since I got a job before they can even find me one...) You could try Monistat or one of those medicines, but I don't know if they work or not. I had one a few months ago and it went away on its own after a week or 2. ok so there's this girl when i was in school because its summer right now, and when she first got to my school there was drama that she was involved in right away. after the drama died down, she was best friends with and only hung out with these other 2 girls and the three of them always got in trouble in 1st period P.E.and then apparently those three had their own drama and weren't friends anymore then 1 of them moved away. the remaining two stayed away from each other but for the rest of the year i always heard that she spread rumors or always kept them going from my closes friends that hung out with her regularly. as school came to an end me and her began to talk more and more and then she started to come over a little. we were really close the last week of school and she hasn't stopped coming to my house. two days ago i called one of my close friends and we lingered to the subject of that friend. we were talking about how aggravating she can be and we have the exact same complaints. every time she comes over she always wants to go somewhere else. she always pressures me to ask my parents to take us somewhere or to give us money to go to the store right next to my house or other places. another thing is she just recently got the newest droid and that is all she's into when shes with me. my biggest complaint is that she NEVER brings her own clothes when she spends the night at my house. if we go somewhere she changes into my clothes and she changes into my stuff alot. jackets, socks, shoes, sweaters, underwear,shirts, and the little bit of make up that i have even thou she wears and has much more make up than me. the last time she came she didn't even bring shoes because she said she wanted to wear mine since there cuter than hers but the week before she said she went shopping and had on all new stuff which she practically rubbed in my face. and i mean accessories and vans too. my other friend i talked to on the phone said she never brought clothes the times she pent the night at her house either and told her dad that she would just borrow their stuff when he said he would drop some clothes for her. despite all of that i have opened up to her little by little every time she visits and feel guilty because i feel i shouldnt trust her like that. should i tell her about the clothes and not tell her anything anymore? These two Dragon Age: Origins trophies are giving me trouble. Help?

I only need a few more trophies until I get the Dragon Age: Origins Platinum Trophy on ps3. There happens to be an issue though... After some research, I found out that the two trophies Master Warden (Kill 500 Darkspawn), and Blight-Queller (Kill 100 Darkspawn) were glitched after a patch of the game. This is really frustrating seeing as I have well over 1000 darkspawn kills across all of my playthroughs and haven't acquired either trophy... Does anyone have any advice or any workaround that could help me get these trophies? The help would be very appreciated.

I am 17 years old and have tried my hardest to succeed in school, do what is right and please my parents. Their first and only other child has ruined her life and torn my parents and my hearts to shreds. So I have been dumped with all the expectation to be the perfect child. I am enrolled in college already and am going to get my AA degree at the same time I graduate high school! I am president of SGA! I have gotten a lot of A's a few B's and one C in my whole entire life. I have not asked for many things. I take every punishment and new rule they give me in stride and I do what they ask. I work at my mom's job and am fixing to start working with a woman from my church to clean houses for profit. I have a lot of money saved up and am paying off a car they got for me. Now all I asked is if I could buy a stationary bike so I can work out more often (since my mom is never in the mood to take me to the gym and I don't get my license until next month). She said she would not let me buy it with my own money! Why?! I don't know! She says that we have an old treadmill I could use and I have the dance program ZUMBA. But, the treadmill is old, squeaks, and I never wanted it. She bought it and she never uses it! Then I explained I wanted to do ZUMBA in the mornings and the days I have a lot of energy but I like the bike for when I still want to work out but do not have enough energy to dance and stuff. Lump from a busted lip?

Well something happened kinda like that to me. I was riding my horse and a I got clotheslined by a branch and it got my lip. It bled alot and wasn't good. I had a good bump for a couple months but now it's just a white dot. So it will eventually go away.

Blackberry 8530 stuck on loading screen?

My Blackberry (I think) just restarted itself. It's on the loading screen (black screen with the white loading bar) and it will get to about 2/3 of the way and just stop. Why does my Outlook not open some pics and stuff when I open it, My comp is new and cost $2,000?

Okay. I bought a really nice Lenovo X220 with all the bell and whistles for my staffing company. I was surprised to see that when I get emails from other businesses that the pics and links are represented by those little red "X"'s. I was used to that with my old laptop but this is a completely new machine with every new feature available loaded onto it. Why wont outlook show the pic, jpeg or whatever n the email? Do I have to be in some secret f'in club or something to have a decent Outlook experience or is Outlook just all F'ed up no matter who you are? I use gmail and two other webmail accounts and they don't aggravate my half as much. Is Outlook just a waste of time?

But from what I've heard, it sounds like Kumon isn't something that can be individualized to fit needs. Is that true? It sounds like you take a placement test and are placed in generally low levels, and am assuming that critical thinking and comprehension/inferences isn't till later. Every time I feel depressed, sad, angry, impatient, or clueless, I always want to hit things. I dont cry. I just want to hit things. I am always yelling at my mother and she is always yelling at me. My daughter never wants to put diapers or clothes on. What do I do?

I am 6 months pregnant with my second child and my 16 month old daughter never wants to put on clothes nor does she ever want her diaper changed. If I change her on the floor, she picks up the clothing or diapers and runs around the room with them. If I change her on her bed, she pees all over and refuses to stay still. If I change her on my bed, she crawls away and jumps on the bed squealing and she will do all of the above for 20 or 30 minutes at a time. Sometimes, when I manage to get her to lie down she will kick me in the stomach profusely til the point where I literally have footprints on my stomach afterward from her kicking me. It's extremely frustrating because I am getting so much bigger and more exhausted that I honestly do not have the energy to chase her all over the bed or all around the room a million times a day. With this pregnancy, I have a problem with excessive sweating and the more I chase her around the more I sweat and the more aggravated and anxious I become because the sweating makes me so uncomfortable. Help blisters!? stings and burns? what should i do! have a performance in an hour!!!?

Okay so I have a performance in like an hour And I have two blisters on my heels from my pointe shoes. What can i do about my neighbor's dogs?

There's 4 of them, 2 golden retreivers and 2 lapso apso. They're always barking and constantly get loose. Me and 2 of my other neighbors have tried to talk to them about their dags before but they do nothing. When one of their dogs get loose they don't go after them until someone yells at them to get their dog. The dogs aren't nice and have killed a stray kitten and knocked a little boy off his bike before. The owners are very rude and won't do anything. Their yard is also extremely messy. Dog problem with neighbor?

Okay so I live in the country in northwest ohio, the guy who lives across the street from me has like 20+ dobermans (thats the last number that we know of, there could be more or there could be less). He has them of all different ages and he has some that are black and some that are brown (not that that matters). He clips their ears and tails by himself and he is a dog breeder (I highly doubt that he has a license, and im not sure if u have to have one). But anyway, this guy has lived there for awhile and has had this many dobermans for as long as i can remember. These dogs are very mean when they are in a pack but when its just one or two they are very cowardly (My cousins and i have ran at one or two of them a few times to get them off my property). This issue has went on for awhile now and is really started to make me mad. The dogs get out and go through peoples trash, go through peoples yards, etc. The most extreme situation that has happened was a few years ago when a few of his dobermans got out and pinned my neighbors up against their house so that they couldnt go anywhere. This needs to stop and i need to know what all i can do. we have called the dog warden, police, humane society, etc. and they cant do anything because we live out in the country. Im pretty sure the dogs have mange (i think thats how its spelled) and he has 3 broken down cars in his yard, his grass is really tall, and the dog warden has told us that he has an eviction notice, but the date that he was supposed to be out is passed. Now if we lived in town/city limits then this wouldnt be an issue because he is breaking alot of laws/(whatever you call them) for a town/city. Can a landlord divvy up heating by building as opposed to individual units?

I can not think of any law or any reason this is not legal if it is spelled out in the lease, because you do not have to rent the unit. Unfair is not the same as illegal. A bigger concern would be the maintenance of the heating equipment and the price of heat in general. Does the landlord maintain the heating systems or are they old and not working properly meaning higher heating bills; and what happens when the cost of heat increases, does the landlord increase his share or leave it all on the tenants. I would rent somewhere else.

If so I say try this, put a 100% female staff in a 100% male prison, San Quintin type, 100% female everything, Warden, guards, medical staff, cooks, everything. We are being told that there absolutely no differences in the sexes when it comes to the "workplace". I say try it just once and get this nonsense out of the way for once and for all. My braces are making my teeth worse?! :(?

I have had braces for about 20 months (which was how long I was supposed to have them) and I'm just really aggravated right now. Before I got braces, my teeth stuck out a bit at the top and there were two teeth that were tucked under my two front teeth, which were aligned right next to each other and were straight. My last appointment was three days ago, and they bent my wire (whatever that means) and now I'm noticing that my one front tooth is starting to get tucked under the other!! They were all straight except for two teeth that overlapped and my two front teeth on the bottom were straight and now they're crooked and have been like that for a year now! First I know to raise some weapon Teirs you need to sell them to certain merchants. During my last playthrough I left my Duncan's Sword (red iron) in the chest at Warden's Keep and when I picked it up after completing two quests (A Paragon of her Kind and The Broken Circle) it was raised to Dragonbone. Why do people say one thing and then say something totally different later?

So aggravating....My spouse will say one thing and then say the complete opposite later. Ex: We were talking about getting a second home, as a vacation home, so we found one that we both agreed we liked and were talking about submitting an offer. He began telling me how "we have been talking about this for sometime now and we knew we were going to do this eventually". He was all excited and talking about what a great deal it was and didn't want to pass it up. Let's do it he says!Later we were with some friends talking about the home and he says "We are not buying a home in that area." I was shocked. I mean how could he say one thing to me and then amongst friends says the opposite. After a week passes we meet with a realtor and submit our offer.....The next evening we have a disagreement about something totally unrelated and he tells me "You pushed me into signing that offer, I told you I did not want to it". I have worked in a taxi call center for 4 yrs.We recently got a new GM and he is like a warden.He has loud outburst to us and our managers front of everyone.He has degraded managment bysaying they are too slow and his three year old could do their jobs better.One of my co~workers mothere was on her deathbed and he said "What?She's still hanging in there." If we need a personal day or have an emergency he wants to know why.He wants to control what we do and where we go during our breaks.I have a friend in another department (one he doesn't manage) I would go to visit her during my breaks as well as after work and he told me not to go in her office at all (her manager has no issue with me being there).I'm a hard worker I do my job and mind my bussiness but he goes out of his way to ask me invading questions about my personal life.Today I was told my friend who works for a rival cab company can not bring me lunch during my lunch break during my lunch break:nor is he allowed to pick me up or drop me off in front of the building.I have to walk two blocks to meet him.We are not allowed to have drivers from our own cab company to bring us lunch (that we pay for) either!Our break lasts 30 mins which isn't enough time get something and then sit down and eat it.Everyday is a struggle to go to work.I am constatly depressed the enviroment at work is very hostile.He complains and yells at us about everything and when there is nothinng to complain about he finds something to complain about.We have all these new rules but I can't keep up with them because the handbook has yet to be updated.We are under surveillance because he has placed cameras EVERYWHERE except the ladies room.Is there anythimg we can do about this guy?

Terrible psychiatric problems, what should i do?

I have been suffering with severe anxiety for my entire life, i get less than 12 hours of sleep per week. I had a sleep study, and it did not yield any useful information. I also have severe anxiety, especially social anxiety, and suffer from panic disorder. one day, i became such i nervous wreck, that i broke down, found a drug dealer and bought a vicodin, and with my luck was arrested, as a cop was watching the transaction. this is now on my hospital record. and my last psychiatrist, and all doctors/specialists, i have seen since then, refuse to prescribe me anything but seroquel, and other sedating anti-psychotics, for fear that i will abuse benzodiazepines or other sleeping pills. Seroquel makes me extremely sick, sort of like i have the flu, and i refuse to take it, and this ads to the drug seeking appearance that these doctors are trained to look for by the office of diversion control. I legitimately need these medications, but cannot get them because i was arrested once, and taken to the hospital, for possession of hydrocodone. which i never even got the chance to take. i had never misused drugs before, or after that event. and still, i remain out in the cold. apparently effective medication is a privilege that is taken away very easily by the DEA, ODC, and the medical community, to try to get you to buy street drugs illicitly, so that the police can arrest you, and so you have to hire a lawyer, and the judge and DA have someone to prosecute and then, they can send you to jail, to make sure corrections officers and wardens have jobs. i need sleeping pills but can in no legal way obtain them. what should i do? kill myself? the effects of this insomnia, and my symptoms of anxiety and panic are unbearable to say the least.

Can I surrender or euthanize my dog while it's quarantined?

My dog attacked another dog and is now classified as "dangerous" according to the city. Because he bit another dog, he is supposed to be quarantined for 10 days, which I can do at home. However, various circumstances prevent us from keeping him after this, but the ordinances aren't so specific that they state whether or not we have the option of surrendering or humanely euthanizing our dog during the quarantine period. I don't know what the protocol is for this, and I've tried contacting the dog warden several times, and I fully intend to keep trying, but in the meantime, can anyone tell me what the standard operating procedure is in a case like this?

My husband is deployed, and will not be back until Sept. 2011. We currently live in TX. His ex wife has abandoned their son in NM with her uncle. Her uncle called me and my husband asking us to come get my husband son(4yr old). The uncle has not seen the mother/ex wife in about 4months. My husband is paying child support for his son, ex wife has not and will not let him see their son.< in the divorce it say the gets visitation rights. Ex wife is on drugs and we and her family have asked her to get her life together but she does not want to. I have called CPS and they told us the uncle can not give the son to us because the mother left the son with her uncle and if the uncle decides to abandon or not take responsibility, the the son will become a warden of the state. We do not want this but we do not know where to go or who to talk to so my husband can have his son in his life and take care of him properly. Does anyone know what we need to do or can do so we can get the process rolling so when my husband comes home from tour, we can have everything ready.

How do you know if he's really in love or just trying to get in your pants?

I have a male friend he always sends me mixed signals. We fight all the time argue so on so forth, it never gets physical. Yet he says he loves me and then when he's around me he picks on all my flaws, its aggravating. He's supposed to be 23 years old and he acts like he just left middle school. I blew him off so many times, acted like I had better things to worry about then a relationship or even give him the slightest hint I want him because I'm not sure what he wants from me. He does some sweet things for me he worries about me and I blow him off. Am I wrong to do so? At first he constantly wanted to see me when I was sick he begged me to get out of bed to come see him. I did because I wanted to see him but on the other hand I really didn't. When he's drunk he spills his "undying love" for me out. That oh he can't live without me. Then when he's sober he pokes and prods at every single emotion i have trying to figure out if I will eventually snap. Oh how I wish I would. I thought I hated him, yet I'm still here wondering why I come back. He's everything I do not want and I'm everything he hates so what are we doing? Is he another *** hole trying to get in my pants or is he really in love with me as he says because either way I don't understand and I'd love to.

yes you have a right to appeal and they have to take you seriously, as you havent got any of your preferences they need to allocate your son a school its the law. and no 4 year old can be expected to walk that far alone especially on busy roads, he should have an adult with him taking him to school and back.

How do I make my cash only business legit?

I do not know the first steps to take to make my business legit. I have just been buying used items at thrift shops, yard sales, storage unit auctions ect. and turning around and selling them for a small profit. It started out just putting a little extra money in my pocket. Then I lost my job and I was able to put a lot more time into this. This isn't going to make me rich but I will probably not have to work for anyone else again! Not gaining muscle very aggravating?

I'm 5'8 135lb age 21. I been workin out forever, years. And I haven't changed. I work my nuts off at the gym and I never ever get bigger. I eat a lot.
