What should I do about my relationship?

I think that you love her but you guys are growing apart. For men they lose interest and start to wonder! Women are different, we nag when we no longer feel love assuming your loving someone else! You guys werd together very young and although the love is there its not the same! We tend to grow up and grow apart! Maybe its time to part. Its no ones fault its life.
