How does a single individual being wealthy...?

The idea is that the very rich (billionaires) should give back to the community through charity and other donations, so that the poor people and the common man in America can benefit. Some of the wealthiest people on Earth, such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, have agreed to give billions of dollars to charity.
