If i knew a certain race was being discriminated regarding buying a property who would i report it to?

I know of a place that will not let coloureds buy the properties for sale. These are certain holiday parks with residential living.There are lots of properties for sale but if coloureds come the wardens say there are none for sale.I have looked on the web but all i can find is discrimination against myself. I am not coloured but find this most unfair and would love to report these people but where can i do that . Most sights are for lawyers etc .All i want to do is report these particular people and hopefully someone would try to buy and then take it from there. They should not be allowed to get away with such discrimination
