How to Get a Youtube Account?

So there's someone on Youtube with an account name I would really like to have. Problem is I have tried to contact said youtuber on 2 different occasions and there is no response. This person hasn't signed in for 3years, has one friend who's account is closed and is subscribed to another suspended account. They have no uploads and no favourites, so it's basically a dead channel taking up space. I really don't see any solutions on how to get this account from said individual considering I haven't got any replies to my messages and I have no other way to contact the owner. If anyone knows how to get this account from this person without going to the extremes, please let me know. Because of this I have had to use the same username except with "TheReal" in front of it.
