How much would a smartphone cost on AT&T?

bummer number 1 att doesnt have unlimmited internet....bummer number 2 att and tmobile will be the same company in 3 months and tmobile already uses att towers......bummer number 3 att has awesome smartphones but are pretty pricey soory :(
