Which sign loves to give people the "Cold shoulder"/silent treatment?

If people annoy you enough and you've talked several times about the issues there are times that you just get angry and don't feel like looking at that person, let alone talking. Some people don't consider others feeling and wishes and after wonder why they are not talking to them anymore. I am Taurus and usually straight talking and will clearly state what I am upset about. But if the issues keep going on I just to stay away.
