How is life in vancouver?? plzz answer in detail, not two word answers?

im gna be moving to vancouver in mid august for university, i hear vancouver is full of chinese people, and no offense chinese ppl are extremely boring and difficult to find common ground with. my university is in yaletown, can anyone tell me abt yaletown, am i likely to enjoy, or is it a boring senior area for retired individuals, and vancouver in general are there many international students? and people my age? im 18, someone plz answer in detail, explaining how i will likely spend my time, finally someone tell me how girls are there, slutty, nice, and im asking abt the majority of girls, cuz yea u cant generalize. thanks
